How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly in the app by going to "About & Help" and tapping "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at: johansson.joakim+stepsaga@gmail.com

Please include the email address associated with your StepSaga account so we can locate and delete it. We will process your request within 7 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account profile (email, display name)
• Health and fitness data (step counts, workout logs)
• Adventure and quest history
• Voting history and team participation records
• Earned badges and progress
• Push notification tokens

What May Be Retained

Aggregated, anonymized team data (such as total team step counts for completed adventures) may be retained as it is not linked to your identity. No personal information is kept after deletion.
